Pros

- Great colleagues - Office & location - Sometimes good projects

Cons

- Salary review and Assessment Process - Less and less benefits - Management just looking to take as much profit as they can from you - Just only one guy from C level looks to know what he is doing, others just using their imagination to generate useless processes

Pros

Easy entering point for switchers from other industries. Good training and mentoring for newcomers. Lots of people around who are passionate and love their job.

Cons

Lame motivation system which requires non-paid overtime activities (presales, junior training and interviews, mentoring, etc) to get promoted. Stupid and rigid internal processes. Low salary (comparing to competitors)

Thank you for your feedback! We are sorry about your dissatisfaction with us. Andersen regularly monitors the IT labor market and strives to offer competitive salary to its employees, depending on their level and skills. In IT companies, transition to the next level includes the acquisition of additional competencies like mentoring and interviewing, which are also decently paid at Andersen (except the initial period of trying your hand at these tasks) in the form of annual bonuses – however, taking on overtime tasks are not compulsory. If you want to share the details of what made you dissatisfied with our processes or have ideas on what should be improved, feel free to send them to feedback@andersenlab.com.
