      Great Place to Start and Grow in International IT Projects

      Great place to start a career. Solid onboarding, mentoring, and training programs for junior specialists. International projects. Plenty of opportunities to work with clients from the US and Europe, which helps build valuable experience. Remote and flexible options. Possibility to work from home and, in some cases, flexible working hours. Team environment. Most colleagues are professional, friendly, and easy to collaborate with.

      Relatively low salaries. High employee turnover.

      I've really enjoyed my time at Andersen. The people here are friendly, helpful, and genuinely want you to succeed. There’s a good mix of interesting projects, modern technologies, and a culture that encourages learning and growth. I’ve felt supported by my team and managers, and there's always room to ask questions, pitch ideas, or take on new challenges. The flexibility to work remotely and maintain a work-life balance is also a huge plus.

      Cons

      Things can move fast, and sometimes priorities change quickly—but that’s pretty normal in tech. As long as you're adaptable, it's not a big issue.
