      A good developmental experience, but you'd burn out on the long run

      Pros

      Dynamic and challenging workplace. Great colleagues. Fun company events. Opportunity to grow and develop internally, opportunity to transfer to other locations. Internal talent program available for employees who are identified as people with high potential.

      Cons

      Extremely high expectations towards employees. No work-life balance. Poor to mediocre compensation. Very aggressive company culture. Cost cutting above anything else (vs. "People are our greatest asset" in the company's 10 principles).

      Pros

      Great product, history, fast pace, salary.

      Cons

      0 work life balance. Scheduled for 50 hours, expect 60-70. Operations management to,afraid to enforce discipline needed to corral workforce. As the lowest wage provider in the area you get what you pay for.

      Great for your resume, but prepare to be miserable

      Pros

      You get ~$60 worth of free beer a month. Standard benefits package. That's about it.

      Cons

      Very little diversity, it is basically all white men (junior levels) and Brazilian men (senior levels). No work/life balance, management is constantly changing their mind so nothing gets accomplished, bonus not paid for several years running. It is hard to trust your fellow employees, everyone is only looking out for their personal promotion prospects (which includes making you look incompetent, so they will look better). I read an article recently that described it very well, if you want to be promoted “you have to kill three others”.
