      Pros

      Room for advancement in areas that you don't have expertise. They are looking more for cultural fit and transferable skills than previous experience in that specific department. The only exception to this appears to be in sales where they heavily favor those with previous sales experience. In marketing, look for previous commercial experience.

      Cons

      Highly political. Perception and networking is valued more than skills. Pay is poor for the work being done and no work life balance. They don't value loyalty and if they need to hit their EBITDA, they're not afraid to have that come out of the pockets of their employees.

      Pros

      Free beer was nice...but ultimately your talking abt $35-45 worth of beer here, so don't go crazy.

      Cons

      There is A LOT of institutional arrogance here....really bizarre. Pleople associated with the old company are very angry and disgruntled, and they let others know it. It's clear inbev is ONLY interested in squeezing every last cent out of the lifeless AB corpse

      Pros

      Check never bounced. Still in business but management values destroys brand equity and goodwill on a daily basis.

      Cons

      The business model is same that 3G uses everywhere and every business that they acquire. Fire employees, cut benefits, hire young males and put Brazilian males in charge of your business who are clueless about the US but run their business solely by a balance sheet. If you aren't in that category, you won't succeed long term. And the management could not care less because they do not value anyone so don't think you matter to them.
