      Lucrative, but not what it used to be before the buyout.

      Pros

      For 15 years I have never had healthcare deducted from my paycheck for 1st class family coverage. 401k match. Also one of few companies that also pay hourly rate into pension.

      Cons

      I make $1 more an hour than production operator. That is smack in the face. You will never move into management in this company without a 4 year degree. Have to work for 25 year olds with no work or mechanical experience.

      Pros

      Really great company, the people machine of the 21st century, lot of opportunities to grow if you work at least 10 hours a day and make sure that one of the top managers see you.

      Cons

      No work-life balance. At the yearly evaluation people get better scores and thus promoted just because they know somebody in the higher management and the other way around, too, people don't get the promotion, because one manager doesn't like them.

      Pros

      Fast changing environment brings a lot of opportunity to develop and progress in career. Employees development is taken seriously with the number of trainings available. Management is informal; communication has improved recently. Looking great on CV as ABI is known for execution and result-orientation.

      Cons

      Flexible working (such as work from home) is only available for selected employees; IT infrastructure is quite poor; there is a mix of people who work for the company for decades and fresh graduates which does not create positive atmosphere. There is no yearly payrise, bonus is not guaranteed.
