Pros
There is free beer at company events and free beer every month to take home. AB Inbev has a great portfolio of beers. Any one can become a manager.
Cons
It is hard to give a balanced review of a company that doesn't have much in the 'Pros' column. No work/life balance, just work. Target setting includes reducing costs, e.g. costs of benefits. Each year benefits and compensation is less than the preceding year. Any one can become a manager.
