      Fun place to work. Management team is very approachable and appreciates any feedback that comes from hourly employees.

      Pros

      Even weekenders make great pay for the hours they work. The work is rewarding as you get to make beer for a living. Great work environment.

      Cons

      It's really tough to get on full-time here, even if you are a good worker. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to their hiring methods. The people they hire are good, but aren't necessarily the best workers.

      Pros

      If you've been around long enough (before the company was taken over) you have excellent benefits. Vacation and holidays are unbeatable. Even the newer highers have decent benefits...probably better than a lot of companies.

      Cons

      Everything comes down to the bottom line. There is no human element. Company has outsourced every position possible to save a buck. You are never "off the clock". Be prepared to be available at all times to answer questions or handle a project...even on vacation. The top tier executives get RIDICULOUS bonuses. Obscene is the best way to describe it. Especially when the average employee doesn't reach goals due to unrealistic expectations.

      Pros

      Fast paced global company with unlimited opportunities for flexible people. Compensation and benefits are still above average. Casual dress code where/when appropriate. Great products.

      Cons

      Long work hours. Long term planning seems non-existent - quick hits. Resources sacrificed for budgets. Little value placed on experience. Culture places too much value on prestigious degrees. Making friends in no longer our business.
