      Pros

      Great perks. Amazing opportunity to work for a Global company.

      Cons

      Missed opportunities due to disfuctional and clueless Sr. management. Company doesn't value voices of its employees. They don't value building relationships with partners, which has been the cornerstone of the company. Cutting cost will not help the company longer term, as we are losing sales volume.

      No focus on people - only profits

      Pros

      Able to move to different countries if you want to and can make the grade. well recognised brands.

      Cons

      There is no focus on the employees, no pay review of any kind for the last 4 years, lots of redundancies in the UK as the business centralises to Belgium or off-shores to Hungary to save money. At the same time the remaining staff are expected to do more with less people for little recognition as the bonus scheme and pension is eroded every year as well. The HR department are virtually non existent and spend most of their time writing policies that don't get published. If you're stuck for work I'm sure that there are worse places to be but go in knowing that it certainly isn't all sunshine.
