      Great peers and opportunities within the company to try different functions and internal movement.

      Cons

      It's a specific environment which encourages work hard play hard, works for some not for others. There is no loyalty towards employees and exits can be brutal. Be prepared to play the corporate game with often very manipulative and unpleasant senior team.
