Pros

Generous salary, There is a bar in the office.

Cons

Felt like a prison. The majority of the operations are super old and manual. Instead of automating simple tasks, they make you work in between thousands of old excel files, great simulation for the stone age,

Failed Leadership

Pros

There are no pros to highlight

Cons

Working under the senior leadership in the Tech Compliance team (Bengaluru office) was deeply disappointing. The environment is led by individuals with no technical understanding, and there is little appreciation for true technical skill. Unfortunately, politics seem to take priority over performance, and employees who raise valid concerns or refuse to blindly comply with managerial behavior are often sidelined. There’s a strong culture where “respecting” a manager often translates to tolerating unprofessional conduct. Feedback mechanisms like employee surveys appear to be performative — rather than driving improvement, they are used to identify and isolate those who voice honest criticism. It was disheartening to work in such a toxic setup, especially under the leadership of the Sr. Director in the Bengaluru office. I hope genuine reforms are considered for the sake of future employees.

Pros

Many benefits like cab services for free, and hybrid only 2 days WFO per week currently. Many internal job switches available to different teams, have seen people from non tech backgrounds go into tech and conquer it.

Cons

Work life balance might go for a toss, depending up on how much work you choose to accept and take on. You have to be smart about this to make sure, you extending work hours doesn't happen often. This again depends from team to team. Some teams adhere to office hours only.
