      You will get your own time to complete tasks

      Cons

      Management will be on top of shoulders of those who are hard workers and will give unrealistic deadlines. There is no point of being in this situation since you will still be compensated the same as others doing work at normal pace would have been. There will be no rewards, no increments and no promotions given to you. Management will take the entire credit in the end which gets reflected in their career progression.

      Pros

      Awesome colleagues, good managers (guess I got lucky, I knew colleagues from other teams where the case was different), very good bonuses if company performed well

      Cons

      Although easy to climb career wise, at some point there is nowhere to go. Salary negotiations hard if you do not start on a good number. High pressure to perform. High managers promote company culture in a way that it sometimes resembles a cult
