      Very good flexible benefits options .

      Cons

      The first and 2 level managers are not adding value to the work done by the teams but put lot of pressure on senior team members to deliver what is expected of managers . Resulting in unnecessary pressure on the team and low morale.

      Poor Leadership, Toxic Work Culture

      Pros

      Interesting projects, some good folks there, very good benefits, adequate budget for resources.

      Cons

      Internal culture was toxic with lots of negative gossip. Raises were miniscule and did not keep up with inflation and cost of living. Very low caps on increases in salary even with promotion. Barley Research was forced to adopt process auditing structure designed for breweries that was ineffective and a huge waste of everyone's time.
