      Its a Call Center/KPO

      Initial package would be awesome.

      Cons

      Bad Working culture. exactly a copy of call Center. Nothing like GCC. Increments are almost Nil and Bonuses are barely received. No Growth. No job security. They say, we are not firing anyone but put in redeployment list and throw the employee within a months time. Working hours are like hours together. Awards are provided only to those who are favorites.
