- toxic work culture - inter competition between BUs fostering hidden agendas and non-sharing of best business practices - leadership left to play favoritism and intimidating employees into giving false feedback on leadership quality - leadership focused only on KPI results, not employee welfare.

management is not very good. They don't care about anything but what makes them look good. They go out of their way to try to find mistakes anyone has made instead of creating a better environment.
