Pros

Free beer once a month Generous 401K match (8.5%) Those were about the only pros

Cons

I was hired for the Brewery Training Program, but ended up getting placed at a glass factory in Houston. A year later, that factory was sold to another company and I was tied up in the sale. I was no longer an AB employee after moving my life to Texas to work for AB. On top of this, I lost my 401K company match because I was not at AB for 3 years... which was entirely out of my control. AB never made this right, never cut me a check or let me keep my match after selling me off. I was treated horribly by management from day 1 with AB. None of the upper management took accountability for anything. Every problem at the factory was the shift manager's problem. We would be berated on a daily basis for systemic problems at the factory that went unchecked for years. Every day at work was a blame game between employees and everything ultimately fell on the lowest level salary employees, shift managers. I will never want to work for AB again and will never point anyone in their direction.

Pros

There are beer vouchers not nuch more

Cons

This company is very similar to a cult you have to work 24/7 and still you are looked down by management when you have personal things outside working hours, its very commom to hear on several meetings you do not have a 9 to 5 job despite your contract stating that, even tho you are asked a lot to stay longer overtime is not paid as they like to say you have to go the extra mile to be part of our company, slavery has gotten a new name. Management is extremely bias and tries to pretend they are not by giving weird comentaries and still excluding people from certain activities by saying they forgot about yoj once it passed, sexual haressment is also a thing, its common to see old married management hitting on extremelly young females it made a lot of people sick to watch it and the company does nothing about it. Salaries are also not as competitive since this company believes they are doing you a favor upon hiring you to this amazing journey of 16 hours a day work, also to take holidays its impossible management make pour decisions and end up not approving your days off often or even ask you to remove pre approved days. Burn out and mental breakdowns are extremelly constant due to the level of abuse, i do not wish this on anyone. They say they are a diverse company its also not true they have one person of color that they make take photos for their social media to pretend but in the end its one person.

Pros

They have good brands such as Budweiser for example

Cons

Bad leaders, I saw VP's and Sr. Directors who don't make decisions and have no ownership Headhunters in Shanghai recommend candidates not to join them, ABI is widely known as company with toxic culture and envinronment There's no onboarding, no basic training for incoming employees, their HR team is called People team and they decline meetings and just ignore who needs some initial directions when joining the company Speaking of HR, they don't pay accordingly - they still owe me money for severance as even basic salary til today, they also don't pay suppliers timely If you have other prospects, run from this company
