Worst people management. I died and survived the brutal management. The HR claim that they are people first mindset and care about their employe. They fail the basic rules of on boarding team members, no policy clearly stated, people manager hardly care about team members. They hire people based on their strategy and later don't care about employees wellbeing. All they care about is result rest if you die or bleeding they don't care. I will never recommend anyone to go to GCC Bangalore for career. there are other companies who will pay you and also care about results through great Managers. Here they promote people based on their results not on leadership skill.

The work from home policies are so bad. They decide when we have to work from home and everyweek it's two random days. It's so difficult to keep up with it. Even if we have a very serious personal issue they won't let you apply for work from home. No one from the management understands your situation. And the timings are horrible. Even if you want to leave early the process is strict.. no empathy towards employees. Always doubting.. Feels like working in a micro managed state.
