      Great for Experience, Terrible for long term

      Pros

      You learn a lot in a short amount of time, you see how a business should run on a ZBB, get exposed to various areas of the operations in supply.

      Cons

      Company culture is cut throat. If you're an outsider (hired with previous work experience and not from the BTP program), be prepared to be an outcast. If you are an outcast your chances of moving up are zero to none.

      Corporate culture is inclusive. Prague office is nice. Good benefits.

      Cons

      People are undervalued. Salaries are not increased to match inflation in CZ.

      Culture is declining as fast as the stock

      Pros

      Bars and beer. Culture promotes sink or swim. You can succeed quickly. Or you can wash out.

      Cons

      Compensation is stock-based and the stock has been bad. Current leadership team is pivoting towards face-time and corner cutting. It's a snake pit and most of the snakes have known eachother for a long time. Management turnover has been profound with best talent leaving.
