      Pros

      Sal was my recruiter. The whole recruiting and on-boarding process has been awesome. Sal was great with timely communication and responding to my questions. There is an emphasis on transparency and expediency here that made me feel very connected with the whole process. The job description was accurate to the role (so far, I'm on my 4th day) and there have been no surprises. The people here are welcoming, and happy to assist in getting me settled and up to speed.
