      The company has so many people interested in helping. Having started companies, I know how hard it is to do things right. AppDynamics is an amazing company that has stayed true to its founding vision.

      The company will need to become less SF centric.

      Pros

      Opportunity for rapid growth and development. Above average $$. Good company culture of resolving problems ASAP. Work from home policy is flexible. $150 for headphones. Loaded drinks.

      Cons

      Other than rapid growth company problems, haven't seen a lot in my 3 weeks.
