Staff is usually friendly a lot to learn regarding skills and personal experience

Cons

Management and company does not care at all about staff Treated as you are replaceable at any moment. I work on Motorway Station and hourly rate is still minimum with no wage increase. Management does not care about these circumstances Very hard to go up in the company and have to work like a slave. Management promises were never kept real just saying words to keep people working hard on minimum wage. I work at same station for 4 years and practically had to beg my manager for over 8 months for a 50c wage increase.

It is quite easy work most of the time , well trained and have been able to work around my college schedule

Cons

The company don't care about their employees at all , been working there for 4 years and no pay increase and there is no little bonus at Christmas at all , on Sundays we used to receive time and 1/8th , it is now time and 1/20th , they cannot hang onto any staff both in stores or in the head office

Minimum wage with no raise no matter how long you work there. Only half a. Hour break for eight hours worked. Labour is cut to the bone so lucky to get break and no one else on site if something goes wrong. Treated as replaceable. No regards for health or safety of staff
