Environment is awful staff not trained correctly. No heating. Staff really not motivated or really can’t be bothered

No Longer Drinking the "Apple Juice" - Our Employees Are Disposable and Weighed for Cost/Benefit

Pros

At first glance I thought I was getting on board with a growing company that had tremendous potential.

Cons

Company growth was allowed without the structure in place to support it. The company is constantly trying to play catch-up to make the structure support new acquisitions but doesn't get it right before the next acquisition is made. They could pay multiple people with the amount of waste in this place. Benefit cost are high and time-off plans are far less generous than other US companies. Based on compensation studies for the area, I make less than 25% of the people in this area doing the same job.
