Staff are nice When you get a day off

Cons

When on salary don’t get paid overtime/do an extra day you get a lieu day which more likely than not you don’t get to take . You are removed need on a daily basis how your just a number . If something breaks it is not fixed . You have to do online training and seachange which takes hours and don’t get paid for it . If your sent on training in a different site you don’t get travel expenses . Your treated as replaceable . No discounts on anything like lunch. High staff turnover. Forget about weekends off I’ve had 2 in the last 8 months. Breaks the 11 hour rule constantly. Not enough staff and people calling in sick quite often. Just wants to reach budgets

training is poor wage is poor only 30mins is given for lunch there is no union poor staff facilities canteen is miserable atmosphere and morale can be very hostile during busy times not enough staff is hired in certain areas
