- Great place to learn with amazing people, projects are huge and inspiring. - The company is always interested in delivering high quality products, they listen to the employees and their community. - Diversity and Inclusion is still beginning, but they care and are working on it.

Cons
They promote unprepared people with no profile for leadership positions, what ends up hindering the growth and development of the project and also the development of the employees. In addition, no matter how much you grow professionally and take on more responsibilities, these “leaders”, who were promoted without having the proper competence, are always creating more obligations or looking for excuses to justify the lack of promotion or salary increase. When I worked at this company, I felt apathetic to HR, always beside "leadership" or trying to justify the erroneous attitudes of these "leaders". Promovem pessoas despreparadas e sem perfil para cargos de liderança, o que acaba prejudicando o crescimento e desenvolvimento do projeto e também o desenvolvimento dos funcionários. Além disso, por mais que você cresça profissionalmente e assuma mais responsabilidades, esses “líderes”, que foram promovidos sem ter a devida competência, estão sempre criando mais obrigações ou procurando desculpas para justificar a falta de promoção ou aumento salarial. Quando trabalhei nesta empresa, sentia um RH apático, sempre ao lado da "liderança" ou tentando justificar as atitudes errôneas desses "líderes".
