In addition, no matter how much you grow professionally and take on more responsibilities, these “leaders”, who were promoted without having the proper competence, are always creating more obligations or looking for excuses to justify the lack of promotion or salary increase. When I worked at this company, I felt apathetic to HR, always beside "leadership" or trying to justify the erroneous attitudes of these "leaders". Quando trabalhei nesta empresa, sentia um RH apático, sempre ao lado da "liderança" ou tentando justificar as atitudes errôneas desses "líderes".
