Great place to work and learn
Pros
- They take good care of employees - People oriented, everybody is very approachable - Engaging environment - Variety of project to work on, for engineers and including product manager we get exciting and variety of projects to work on - Excellent medical insurance plan, so literally save couple of hundreds of dollar a month - Competitive salary - I like the open communication from management, they have monthly company meeting. - Every Wednesday we have lunch in office is nice opportunity to connect with all employee and talking to management. - For engineers it is great place to work on technologies and most of the times work on projects from scratch. - Definitely work life balance is great plus, which is not easy to find in bay area companies with competitive salaries.
Cons
So far haven't found any, office is not that big, but you don't feel it as all the facilities are available like any bay area company you have kitchen with snacks, beer, nice coffee machine; plus you can always ask something you want in kitchen.
