The salary is very good compared to other companies, the office structure is awesome, the company at provide you everything you need to perform at a high level and also provide a very well structured process of 1:1 meetings with people specially allocated for that.

Cons

During the quarantine the company had no choice but to lay-off a lot of awesome engineers. That left a unstable feeling inside my heart.

ArcTouch management goes out of their way to make sure people like working there. Great benefits. Very nice and very smart people in every department. Great projects with international visibility.

Cons

No open source contribuitions. No local clients, which makes you feel like you don't contribuite to the society around you.
