People are the great pro from ArcTouch. Besides that, the environment, equipment and structure, plus a very clear way to do business makes the AT one of the best company to work in the entire world.

Cons

I think the company has to work on the branding in Brazil.

Pros

It's a very open minded company. Diversity pretty much defines it. Not only regarding cultural aspects, but a more expanded concept of the word: helps their employee evolve both as a professional and person. The environment is extremely collaborative and dynamic.

Cons

The company is growing fast (which maybe is not a con...), and struggling a bit to put everything together, which is something expected on any company when it comes to growth, actually.
