Pros

We have great developers and smart people that helps a lot our personal and professional development. Projects are from well-known brands and you have a chance to be inside the client-company. We have great benefits (beer on Thursday!) and is possible to work from home on Fridays.

Cons

Very different projects using different technologies, so you will never be a "pro" in specific technology (iOS/Android).

Pros

Nice people. High level developers. High quality processes. Flexible working time. Home office on fridays. The office is like home, there is food and video game room. Short projects. You may work in four or five projects in the same year. Agile development.

Cons

Sometimes people are added to the project or moved to other projects in the middle of the process. Sometimes the office get a bit noisy with the people talking. Sometimes we have few time to plan or make changes on projects.
