      Size - fully taking advantage of economy of scale......only reason they still running

      Cons

      Middle Management very unfriendly place Stuck in 70-80s mentality - run by very aged, inept hourly workforce Very inefficient with tremendous waste of resources and lack of expenditures control Not good place to start your career, they all focused on ending theirs High turnover in salary front and middle ranks I would not recommend this workplace to anyone......certainly I'm out

      nice pay and benifits when 12 hour shifts fun exciting training good lunch breaks good for holidays no time off at christmas or religios holidays boos was very hard on you played favorets

      12 hour shifs hot durty no fun time lost lots of weight boss was allways riding us no training no advancement .

      Pros

      Ample mobility and opportunity to work different types of jobs. A new employee can easily learn all about how the plant runs from other salaried employees, or from more "front line" experience.

      Cons

      Company does not hire enough people to adequately fill roles. Working with the union is a challenge at best and an unessesary roadblock at worst.
