Not a place for a long term career

Pros

Some of my coworkers actually cared about the company and were dedicated to getting the job done. The 401k match is good.

Cons

The health benefits for salaried workers were drastically cut. The entire company works with antiquated systems and processes across departments. There are little opportunities for growth and little job security unless you are a white male or of Indian descent. Management is nonexistent and the HR department is a joke. It seems like decisions are made by throwing darts at a board.

Pros

Very successful Company Good business leadership by Mr Mittal Very global and diverse

Cons

Lack of autonomy, the roles are generally oversold and you will end up doing work below your skill level Lack of feedback, there is little leadership in place, Leaders will duck difficult questions and not address performance issues. There is little priase given to employees. A culture of the very top people earning all the rewards.
