      good autonomy. lots of practical problems to solve.

      Cons

      Individual performance is not tied to compensation/position very well. Huge company sometimes can mean bureaucracy and low efficiency. This is probably not so much a problem with the company as it is a problem with the industry. Cheap imports can affect company bottom line.

      Global corp- great resume builder! Great fast pace working environment.

      Cons

      It seems that people only use it as a resume builder, or where they go to retire. If you're looking to get promoted from within you won't ! They do not care about their customers or their employees . Thankfully I was able to get out when I did, They recently cut their benefits and told employees there would be no bonuses this year .
