Pros
The benefits here are some of the best around. Health insurance isn't the cheapest but It is great quality healthcare with low deductibles. The 401k is the best I have seen matching 3 dollars for every hour you work. The people generally tend to get along there and are happy. Most of the foremen know what they are doing and will help anyone who wants to learn. If you like to work lots of hours it is great.
Cons
A certain department is treated like the red headed step child and there is no transparency on the the work that needs to be carried out. Seems to be Micro managed in this department. This is the department most will start out working in. The rotating schedule is hard on you and your family. Not a good home work balance.
