      Great people. Good opportunity if you are in the right business unit. Good pension.

      Cons

      No work from home (or very restrictive) Low starting pay Cost conscious company even though we make a good profit annually. Focused on reducing FTEs by removing positions/roles in the company

      Good people to work with for the most part. Team oriented atmosphere. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Some coworkers are sneaky and will rat you out for their own gain. Certain managers or supervisors think they are far above everybody else. Outside contractors are treated badly, especially by senior workers who try to coerce new workers to act the same. All people talk about is how many years they have been there and do less work as that number increases.
