      Benefits Flexible work schedule (but this does depend on the department) Room for advancement with many senior employees reaching retirement Coworkers feel like family; working with the people at this company has been one of the best parts of my job

      Vacation time is very limited. The culture can be very conservative It can be difficult to initiate change in processes
