      The company is good to give out bonuses each quarter. they also started to promote within the company other than hiring on the outside.

      Cons

      The company needs to update the office to give the employees a better place to work. The fixtures are old and not very useful.

      Pros

      Not your typical desk job. 50/50 mix for most starting engineers between desk work and field work. You don't have to dress to impress every day, for safety reasons everyone wears the same thing. . . less laundry for you! If you aren't busy you're doing something wrong or not putting forth the effort. Good salary, amazing benefits and quarterly bonuses (you can't always expect them to be big though)

      Cons

      Being in a union environment means you can't always do as much of the hands on field work as you may like, you're more of a manager overseeing work. Sometimes there is a lot of moving around of people laterally and vertically based on attrition or need (which can be good and bad).
