Pros
This is a large company with a lot of opportunity to move up. If you are in the right department you could have a lot of success with this company if you stay with them.
Cons
This company doesn't compensate well enough for some of their positions. They do not clearly understand the responsibilities of certain roles. Compensation is based on time with the company and not value added. I would not recommend this company to a friend.
