      Good for experience only, not a long term career

      Pros

      Good people to work with and not a lot of pressure to perform. Take it easy and no problems, try to fix issue and you have problems.

      Cons

      The company is poorly managed at the US site,, its a large dinosaur. The global focus is not on the USA operations. Second, the union is involved all major and minor decisions. They run it.

      fair pay for EMT's for the ammount of responsibility expected, $12.50/hour, acutal company employee interaction is pleasant and respect is given, uniforms provided

      Cons

      patrol vehicle outdated, minimal first aid equipment provided to EMT's, weigh in/weigh out of vehicles, outdated security building/shack, no bonuses
