      The worlds biggest Steel group. Spread over 4 continents and with more than 300K employees. Opportunity for extremely varied experience within individual plants as well as within the group. Opportunity for getting experience within difference working fields and groups.

      The HR focus is a bit obtuse and personal development lags when compared with other companies in similar business sectors.
