Business Outlook
Pros
The workforce is about to retire and therefore there are a lot of opportunities to take on different and varying roles. In the steel industry there is quite a bit of money for additional functionality and technology which makes it fun.
Cons
The focus isn't really on the new employees and there seems to be a lack of urgency by management to make sure the company has a strong future in the Americas.
