Great benefits, work life balance, and teamwork. Management ask their employees for growth and improvement ideas on a regular basis. Wellness mindset is incredible and encouraged through self help apps, in office masseuses (once a month), and cross team discussions.

Cons

Teams spread through different global offices can lead to delays, especially for the locations with only one team member in a specific department.
