Cons
Compensation varies widly and has nothing to do with your experience or skillset. Some people straight out of college with unrelated degrees were paid more than me and others with several years of industry experience were paid significantly less than me. Higher ups in HR have a mean girl mentality and are not interested in resolving work conflict. I have witnessed near complete attrition, in one department due to a overdemanding VP and HR did nothing. Better be on her good side!
