Pros
Good career progression in my case, though this depends on the team you're in. There are decent opportunities for travel to conferences and between offices, such as through an Editorial Exchange Program. Office has been newly refurbished at Raffles Place and is really a good environment to work
Cons
Management can be disorganised. The company has grown quickly and is still run like a start-up in some regards. Many business development/managers have their own ideas and coordination between them often seems to be lacking.
