      Great work culture and office environment. Management is decently open with how they perceive your performance and managers are helpful with how to improve.

      Cons

      Need to increase salaries across the board - not very competitive until you come to them with an offer.

      Decisions made by Asia Management often seem influenced by personal biases rather than being based on merit and performance.
