Cons
I used to like working here until recently. A particular VP has been actively recruiting her ex-coworkers and buddies from a defunct pharmaceutical in the Philly area. While this is not new in the industry, the extent to which this VP is recruiting her friends over would set a new industry record! Some the recent recruits did not even meet the qualifications as expected in the job description for the various roles. I hope our c-suite would pay attention and reprimand this VP who also happens to be young and inexperienced. She's not fit to be a VP in the first place. Many people are dissatisfied with her recent hires and are secretly wishing for Bayer to step in and cut them out!
