Instead you will get silly strategies such as an on-demand team that's.not.really.on.demand.at.all. and unlimited wrap up time. Those are the ideas that make sense and that were implemented because "the right" people suggested it and the right people liked it. "System issues." Prepare to experience system issues every week, and most of the time they last an entire day. How is this possible for a fortune 500 company? Get hired and find out. "Extremely hard to discipline employees." If you even think about disciplining an employee you will be shut down by HR or your direct leadership. It takes an act of God to fire someone. You will have to write email after email and even if the employee is on a final, you will have to do a "final final."...and even then probably a "Final, final, final notice."
