Benefits start immediately after hire.

Cons

It’s impossible for you to earn your bonuses that you’re promised when hired. The Quality objectives are horrendous. The adherence policy is so strict that if you take two minutes outside of your normal schedule to pee you receive an email about it. You have to be in your position for 9 months before you can switch jobs in any capacity.

They over great benefits medical after school back day care. etc

Cons

There is not any STO and PTO, you get paid the days you work. You can not have any unplanned absences, even if you are sick. communicating with a manager is useless, management may very well say everything is fine when that is not the case
