      Poor management style, no SOP to follow, PTO approval always needed with at least a month notice, they continuously move the goal post on raises and give false expectations on benefits when hiring, Salary is low and the work load is high

      Pto provided is competitive for the industry.

      Cons

      Micromanagement is a at an all-time high. Benefits keep being hacked and slashed away. Standard set for performance and KPIs are unobtainable. Management refused to entertain conversation regarding updating goals to something obtainable. Cannot bring up problems without being blamed. Continued outsourcing to Argentina limits, career growth. Unable to take holiday time around Christmas. Unpaid PTO policy counts emergencies against you. Ceo and stockholders are prioritized over workers
