      A slow, lumbering insurance company struggling to reinvent itself.

      The client roster includes a number of blue chip companies. After recent divestitures, there is an ample war chest to fund strategic acquisitions.

      Cons

      Siloed organization encumbered by legacy technology and stifling bureaucracy. Many 'lifers' within the company completely closed off to any attempt at innovation.

      Work from hone opportunities. That is it.

      Cons

      Management sucks! Very unprofessional. No leadership skills. Lacks communication. Benefits are horrible. Office feels like you are at a club. There is no diversity. They are doing major layoffs without notice. Health benefits suck. Pay sucks. Merit increases.....you xan forget about it. You only get a good merit increase if you are best friends with your manager.

      Work life balance Vacation time Pretty cool team leads

      Cons

      No raises - no room for growth--they are making changes and will probably have more lay offs soon --- NO TRAINING -- but they expect you to reach goals that are impossible to reach -- people are in cliques-- not enough teamwork --
