Pros
The benefits which include PTO, health insurance, etc. The offices are nice with a full cafeteria.
Cons
Management are liars which is why turnover rate is high. Team leads are glorified "supervisors" instead of the managers. No one is on the same page AT ALL. Training is a JOKE. If you go to the bathroom, be ready to defend the fact that as a human you have bowel movements. Team leads love to micromange you if you arent their friend. Instead of leading by example, they do everything they arent supposed to (such as being on their cell phone) but then blast you to the supervisor for your mistakes. Assurant Specialty Property in Florence, SC is the absolute worst.
