Pros

Nice Salary Good Benefits Nice Entry Level Perks

Cons

If you are working in customer service the rules change A LOT which is fine except supervisors didn't keep up well. So you would get instructions and if it went bad the supervisor took on the "either me or you role" Advancement opportunities were mostly lateral moves so raises weren't as they should be.

A family like working environment with people on your team. Easier to advance to new jobs within the company when already an associate applying within.

Cons

Hard to get hired back when you leave on good terms. Too many people cut corners to make productions, while employees that work correctly get punished when compared.

Company allows for you to manage multiple job priorities that as a result allow the employee to learn various task such as handling multiple projects, cost benefit analysis, business analytics, and employee developement.

Cons

Due to the nature of the work, you are limited in your exposure to new technology and skillsets. The company is slow to grasp new ideas and often show favoritism toward certain employees.
